Sepia Saturday: It's time for work

We bought the farm. A lot of work needed doing. One of Phil's first jobs was getting the abandoned Field Marshall tractor going. (Never mind the poor quality pasture and the fences falling down. They can wait.)

Then the kids arrived, one by one, two girls then a boy. Glenn was a chip off the old block, always keen to help, Always keen to sort out anything mechanical.

  1. The picture of "woodworking Glenn" reminds me of my neighbor's grandson who is always in the garage working on some kind of project. My favorite photo though is the one of Glenn on the tractor - look at that sky! The color composition with the tractor next to the sky is just beautiful.

  2. All up you have quite a few photos of family members in action! I do have some fencing photos come to think of it. Granddaughter Lucy just received what must be her 3rd tractor toy. She and her Mum have moved back to the property and hopefully all is well.

  3. Just wonderful! Watching your son growing up and working at all those jobs. The welding photo is fantastic.
